Took a while to install but I won't use 90% of the update. I'm on a PC at home and iPhone when I'm mobile, I have no use for Microsoft Edge.
Anyone have any issues, so far?

They've been pushing out updates every day ever since the OS update. Annoying as hell. Every time I go to use the computer, I have to wait for it to go through an update/reboot/update cycle.

That update took a looooooooooong time on my PC. For me, I'm talking several hours. Twice I started the update between 4-5am. Each time it was still running hours later when I absolutely had to be on there. It finally got to the point where I had to break out my old laptop so I still had a means to get work done. I don't know what the problem was that I was experiencing with the update process as nothing was being displayed during the last process other than a spinning circle. I don't understand why it wouldn't display some sort of percentage bar or at least the numbers so that I could see progress.

Now that I do have the update and several smaller ones since, I don't see any problems with it. I don't really know what the heck it even did other than activate the notification panel to the right side of the screen.

I'm not sure what it did either however mine just took 5 minutes to update after I just arrived home from work. Although there have been updates each of the last 3 days,

Actually the update did do one annoying thing. Every time I go to a new page it is zoomed at 150%. Need to figure that out.

The new big update a couple of days ago started when I shut it down and finished when I turned it on the next morning. Of course I don't know how long it took that night but the next morning it took just over an hour to finish. I haven't had any problems or noticed any changes. It's worked fine for me since I first installed it.

For me, it added a bunch of crap to the task bar that I'll never use. Took me a while to get my computer back to the way I like it. Other than that, no detectable differences.

Installed several months ago. It SUCKS, not just a little but it SUCKS YUUUGE. Went back to 7 within a few weeks. Microsoft can kiss my ass,

I'm not sure what it did either, but it did take a long time. Some stuff seems to be missing though.

I've noticed that Windows loads and starts up much faster now. Which is odd since most people are saying it's slower.
Lucky you, mine keeps getting slower with each update MS pushes out, three times having to restart my laptop this week for updates ( 2 for MS, 1 for Antivirus) is taking damn near close to 10 minutes, I would gladly have 8.1 boot up times back at this point.

Well, fortunately, it's hard for Windows to run slow on a computer with an Intel i7 2.55GHz processor running 16GB of RAM. :)

Windows 10 even runs fine on my tablet.

Mine is 5 years old and has an Intel i7-2600 3.80 GHz processor running 16GB of RAM. I love it.

I've got one box running XP and love it.

running [email protected] maxed at 8GB ram, once it boots up its fine, just seems to take a bit for it to boot up.

Had the setting on my printer for scanning to the PC changed. Also I use Libre instead on Microsoft and it messed the documents I had saved, but I got it straightened back out. I think there is a way to uninstall the updates though.

Windows 10 has worked well for me since I started installing it on my old laptops 15 months ago and I have no complaints but I had no complaints with 7 either.

Same here. The only issue that turned into a non issue was a rather lengthy update. I'm beyond that now. Not a huge deal. As far as the functionality of W10 goes..... Not a single issue.

At home I use old retired Dell Latitude laptops so I am by no means am I using current or top grade equipment. I think the best thing I did was to change ISP's and get faster internet as now everything in the house moves at a good speed and I don't have to wait on video to buffer.

I mainly use an HP All-In-One. It's a large screen. Everything is wireless. Easy to move around. In the days that I was a gamer I would have never thought of purchasing such a thing but these days it suit me just fine. I've also got an older HP laptop and iPad that I use to browse the web. Reliability, speed and portability are the main things that I look for in my daily computing/computering.

Some weird things happened to my PC yesterday. The bottom task bar all but disappeared that's the Microsoft one with edge and stuff. It's almost completely gone. I don't use edge browser much but now I can't even find it with a search. Weird indeed. If I click on t the window icon in the lower left it does nothing. If I right click it gives me computer menu.

That's bizarre.

I do know that you can click and drag stuff from your desktop to the task bar.

From that video comments section was an easy fix in case anyone else gets this problem.

There is an much easier way - just run your task manager (ctrl+alt+del - task manager) find explorer (Windows Explorer) click on it and hit del button or right click and end the process. After that your bottom bar should disappear. Hit ctrl+alt+del again in right bottom corner of the screen choose the power button and restart your computer this should fix it.

I've had to run the task manager in Win10 more than I did with Win7. And I'm not happy with MS adding crapware to my start menu during their updates.
