This could still be a fantastic points finish...
Phoenix and Homestead are the two best tracks on the circuit for Ted Musgrave with average finishes of 4.00 and 1.5 respectively.
If each of the 4 contenders match their average finishes at the 2 tracks (not counting bonus points) the final standings would be:
Ted Musgrave (Leader)
Brendan Gaughan (-12)
Travis Kvapil (-27)
Dennis Setzer (-111)
Of course Gaughan is bettering his previous performances and they do award bonus points...
