and there is a possiblity of him driving in the 500, too. He is working on a deal to drive the Shootout AND the 500, but if that doesn't pan out, MBV/MB2 will field a #10 Valvoline car for him to participate in the Bud Shootout.

this is ture.... He is going to run the Budwiser Shootout for MBV-Hendricks Motorsports in the 10 car... and a 3rd car in the daytona 500.

KK9 38, according to Jay Frye:

"Hopefully he can get his program put together because obviously we would like to see him run both races (because) he did a great job for us. We can't do both races (with Skinner) -- if we did something with him it would just be something for the Shootout."

MBV/MB2 will not be providing a car to Skinner for the 500.

It's great to see that Mike was able to find a car to drive for the Shootout. Hopefully he'll be able to find a competitive ride for the 500.
