Larry Foyt 12th?
Interesting tidbit:

"Nice run by #14-Larry Foyt, who starts 12th, his best career start, the Foyt Racing team is running an Evernham car and engine [the engine is normal] and the team may not be back in 2004. "

Good Article On Larry Foyt From That's Racin'

Don't actually know if he threw stuff this time. Ol' Fatback doesn't like qualifying second. :dual9mm:

Man, I'm worried, Foyt could actually conjure up a better finish than 43rd !

hmmmm I wonder if vickers will fall outta the top ten in a few laps like he's been doing lately

Let's see Foyt drives Foyt build cars all year and struggles to qualify.

1 race he drivers a Evernham built car (yes this was completely built by Evernham) and he finishes 12th.

Maybe Foyt isn't that bad a racer after all.

It was good to see Jeff Gordon surpass His former best 10th starting place here,on the old track layout, with a 5th place start,He must like the variable degree banking also  :D

Nahh, it will take him at least 100 laps to fall back as far as 'little' E. ^_^
