Dover and the plates are the only 3 I can think where too much trackbar is bad.
Yea but the down force gained from skimming a layer of concrete is second to none. Plus the raining concrete wake makes the trailing car get lose.at dover if the trackbar is up too high, the front of the car will go below the concrete surface and push up to the top.
