Dover and the plates are the only 3 I can think where too much trackbar is bad.
 
What do you mean by too much ?
 
at dover if the trackbar is up too high, the front of the car will go below the concrete surface and push up to the top.

It's dependent on the polarity of the power steering motor's batteries.
 
Weren't they done away with when NASCAR began allowing less than five lugs per wheel?

Yea but the down force gained from skimming a layer of concrete is second to none. Plus the raining concrete wake makes the trailing car get lose.
 
He means front roll center height ....

And as is often the case, doesn't fully understand the concept rattling around in his head.

Probably a non issue due to the current rules package. Whichs prohibits a (track) bar from continuing to serve an intoxicated custumer.
