Xfinity RACE thread --- Daytona

Bunch of monkeys in the production truck I swear.

It makes sense. They know a lot of people have left their tv/changed the channel given the lengthy caution. The full screen ad dollars are worth a lot more during green flag coverage.

The ****head who proposed that annoying ass Cricket commercial needs to be dragged into a dark room and beaten senseless

I wish i knew what type of odds I could have gotten on the 18 when he spun.....

Somebody has to win this damn thing.

They all play out the same anymore. They'll be enough scrapping at the end. At least at Talladega there's some wiggle room. Daytona just doesn't allow this type of racing for more than a few laps. The guys just aren't capable of the car control/decision making. It's literally insanity. I'm just glad everyone keeps walking away....

I think the talent level is lower then it was 10-15 years ago IMO. Some of the decisions, blocks this guys including guys i like make little to no sense

Hopefully NASCAR keeps most, if not all these damaged cars off the track. The compromised cars late in these races can often be a problem...

That might be some of it. I think the biggest part of it is fear. The worst thing that happens is a torn up racecar. Guys simply had to race differently back in the day. They saw the ugly side....
