NFL 2019-2020

I was hoping the Pats would just punch it in there so the whining didn't have to begin. Clearly a missed call. I think the challenge rules should be opened up and any potential scoring play should be reviewable.

I was hoping the Pats would just score there so the whining didn't have to begin.

Pats fans deserve to whine.

This is why I hate the Chiefs. Ever since Mahomes came along and the media declared him the greatest ever, games are officiated this way. Every Chiefs game I watch, it's the same, blatant favoritism from the refs.

I'm aware of your Chiefs hatred. It was a missed call, and the limited review rules are at fault. If the question is TD or no TD, it should always be reviewable no matter what.

In light of all of the high profile missed calls, the review rule changes that would help are:

1. Every team is allowed unlimited challenges until they lose two. Not two and you get a third if you're right on the first two. You can keep on disproving the refs until you're wrong twice.

2. Teams should always be able to trigger a review on a play if the basis of the challenge is a score or lack of score, whether the booth in New York wants to step in or not.

Meanwhile, the Pats have a lackluster offense that is more to blame than a single call, and they need to figure it out. The Chiefs also have a spotty, inconsistent offense that is a pale shadow of last year's. Neither of these teams can currently play with Baltimore or multiple NFC teams.

I think Pittsburgh will be dangerous in the playoffs. They keep finding ways to win games with not much talent.
Remember back at the beginning of the season when you were axing our coach? Looks like he may get Coach of the Year. He's never. I repeat...... Never had a losing season. Looks to be that way with a gang of misfits this year too.

I was glad to see that the rest of America finally had a chance to see what we'd been dealing with for a long time with Ol' AB. Coach T kept him corralled for as long as possible. Something, it seems, not even the Almighty Belichick could even do. And don't forget Le'Veon Bell. Greener pastures..... Maybe not. Lots of talent went away, lots of talent's hurt yet they're still finding a way to win. I don't get it but I like it.

Titans go to 8-5, tied for the division lead with the Texans who are coming here next week. Should be a fun game.

It's either feast or famine for the Titans, but they look damn good with Tannehill.

It's a shame that the AFC South is wide open and the Jags are the worst they've ever been.

Tomlin is under-appreciated, I agree. Turning this season around was quite a task.

The caution flag I'd throw up here is, the only good team y'all have beaten during this run is the Colts. The same Colts that have losses against Miami, Oakland, Tampa Bay, and the Chargers.

This is such a wacky season.

They’re now 6-1 with Tannehill as the starter, I’m shocked he’s done as well with the Titans as he has. Last 3 games will be tough (Texans-Saints-Texans again), but I think they’ve got a shot.

Miami and Washington have had some good games lately. Right now, I'd say Jacksonville is far and away the worst team in the NFL.

I kind of hope they hire Ron Rivera in the offseason.

I'm not. I always thought Tannehill was better than this. He's just showing everyone how bad the Dolphins truly are.

Looks like Marcus Mariota will be joining Nick Foles and Cam Newton on the trade block.

Speaking of Cam Newton, or well, the Panthers, why won't they start Will Grier? Despite the report about a trade, it looks to me like the Panthers think Newton's the long-term solution. Makes no sense to stick it out with Kyle Allen otherwise.

There's only a couple good teams out there. What are you going to do? That's the schedule.

As a Chiefs fan, the Patriots are showing a lot more grit here, and the Chiefs have zero killer instinct. Unlike last year, they get a lead and play lazy.

It’d be nice to see the Patriots fall to the #3 seed eventually. The last time they didn’t have a first round bye in the playoffs was 2009. And they lost in the first round that year.

But two of their last three games are against the Bengals and Dolphins, so it probably won’t happen.

Kansas City was awful in the second half. Despite that final defensive play, they hardly did anything impressive

They really backed into that win and survived. The defense is actually playing better than the offense, which is mind boggling. The defense is at least showing a genuine pass rush and putting pressure on opposing QBs. I still think an elite offense, which the Patriots do not currently have, will rip that secondary to shreds.

They have to play Buffalo next week. Bills look pretty good this year too.

I've seen a lot of "Patriots dynasty is ending" stuff on Twitter. Every time people say that, those ****ers win the Super Bowl.

Damn it hurts to lose one like that. At least the Saints lost, so it wasn’t a completely terrible day.:)

I think it’s the week after next they play Buffalo, they take on the mighty 1-12 Bengals next week.

“We’re on to Cincinnati....”
