He also forgot that two of his wins this year were because someone wrecked the winning car on the last green lap. (Jk)

Goodyear needs to quit trying to give fans a tire that falls off here and just make a tire that will last. That would have been an awesome race if not for the tires. But, they will have a chance to get it right, because there is no way Roger will let this race go to IRP...and that's good. Nice job Harvick. :punkrocke

Yall how many teams didn’t experience a tire failure? And for the most part it was just JGR. This was nothing like tiregate. You have to remember the corner speeds are faster than ever before and that makes failures more dangerous.

About 30 other teams figured out how not to put their drivers at risk.

I’m not that invested in the sport anymore. Too many gimmicks.
I don’t watch after the 26th(?) race.
I don’t even know how many races there are in a season anymore or if it’s been changed. Not interested in championships.

Mid-corner speeds north of 170 MPH. It’s playing with fire for sure.

Awesome race because of the tires IMO. Two JGR cars walled it and the highest finisher was Kyle 6th who knows how to manage tires...ya think they had too much camber built into their setups? Track was green with no rubber and it already is a cheese grater.
 
Still think Goodyear could go up a step on the compound. Wonder how far off the indy tires are from the Pocono tires?

How many tires did any of us actually get to look at after they were off the car? Just because they didn't blow doesn't mean they were not getting ready to. The 88-9 and 24 had problems.
