Richmond RACE thread ---

Not so sure Larson was "in over his head" but it did sound like his spotter said "clear" just before he moved down.

That being said Bowyer could have driven like an adult on lap one, and didn't.
Okay maybe not over his head... got a bad start and drove poorly. Spotter shouldnt have said clear either

Awww Bowyer feeling sorry for himself. Isn't that such a crime? :(

Good interview. That was just how it looked to me. It's amazing how much clearer a wreck looks when you don't let emotions get in the way.:D

Can RFR put a real driver in the #17 again?

Very different comments from Clint than what he said on the radio after the incident. Lies, lies, lies....

I dunno things happen fast. He may have had time to think it over between two comments.

I consider comment one heat of the battle, comment two a little more considerate after little time to cool off.

Maybe but he never said anything about himself being a little too aggressive 150 yards into the race.

With miss sprint cups firesuit, a truly beautiful women still needed them commercial flames to be smoking hawt.

I was going to comment on that. What a sexy blonde thing.

Bottom line, it's racing, ****e happens

This seems appropriate:
That's racin' (phrase): Expresses frustration or emotion.
1. When a small part costing just a few dollars fails and stops a $150,000 race car, that's racin'.
2. When you race a competitor for 500 miles and lose to him by just a few feet, that's racin'.
3. When a hot dog wrapper blows out of the stands, gets caught across the air vent on the front of your car and causes your engine to overheat, that's racin'.

Holy molly, Gordon actually hunted down the leader and PASSED him? Impressive.

You don't think KB would have done the same thing?:D It would have been a great move if Larson hadn't been forced to come down on him. That's short track racing.

Very true, I just know have said things impulsively that I felt were wrong just a few moments later.
After collecting my thoughts I realized I was a little one sided with my original thoughts.

Maybe that was the case for Clint this time, or maybe he was just being PC, or a little of both I dunno?

tony stewart 26th.....what a phucking joke.....
Kurt is having a bad night too. He is 24th.
Harv is the only one at SHR that has shown speed pretty much every week. I would never have expected that. I figured Kurt would have growing pains since he's running with a brand new team, but at least he has won a race. I know Tony usually starts slow, but sheesh! I still to this day think that getting rid of Darian Grubb was a bad move on his part.

I blame Kurt's CC. He has not shown me anything, I am not impressed. I know it's a new team but come on.

I finally took jeff off my fantasy lineup but I still sure as hell hope he wins.
