I think the perception that there was no passing is a combination of Larson's dominance and the TV coverage focused on of the cut line drivers. According to Nascar loop data at Racing-reference.info, there were 2,287 green flag passes for position in the race. The previous 3 Bristol fall races...
On the replay, looks like Blaney cuts down in front of Larson as Bubba comes right up on his rear. Not saying any of them did anything wrong but Blaney may have abruptly taken a bunch of air of his nose.
And he's led all 50 laps for the 2nd year in a row. That team has really been struggling this year, but looks like they finally got the car dialed in. I think that is 4 wins in a row now in the last couple weeks.

But why? Why should they be able to fuel. Reddick gets the lead by staying out and now gets to fuel up without any loss of position. That's just doesn't make sense to me. Even if he didn't have to pit under green later, if there was a yellow and everyone pitted he could still lose positions...
