The more I look at this the more I think "nobody is this dumb right?". Chris - steals data and puts it in a folder called Spire JGR - doesn't pay him, but doesn't terminate him and messes up his insurance/cobra

If what Chris claims is true about being terminated or put on leave without pay in November and not being offered Cobra, then ultimately not being officially terminated til February thats a huge mistake for JGR. Either they violated law or they owe him back pay.

Well in their defense Chris did admit to taking photos of data/info. Its just he claims that he didn't do anything with it. To me both sides fumbled on this one.

Likely because they know if someone is so willing to open it up they won't find anything. When you don't look you can speculate on what's there, once you look you know.

Wow just got done watching both the Jeff Gluck YouTube videos and boy there is some serious accusations flying on both sides.

Denny mentioned that JGR clearly has something because its not an organization that goes around trying to sue people for no reason. For the little I picked up there also seems to be some vengeance on the JGR side for Chris not liking Ty. If they're not careful he'll be the downfall of that...

Has to be tv contract deals. I'm sure they all say 36 points events and a mid-season all-star race. Otherwise 350 laps at Dover is basically a full race. In reality it may take longer than a normal race with these breaks, inversion and eliminations

There's a difference between starts and competive starts for sure
