Cup RACE thread --- Bristol

Note to Nascar - you got lucky on the sticky stuff and it actually worked and gave us great racing at Bristol :punkrocke

Now - your mission - if you choose to accept it - is to over-react and apply the sticky stuff to the tracks where it isn't needed and screw up about a dozen races.

Stcky stuff that looks like apple juice will be the new crack cocaine for Nascar.

We now have a tie atop the playoff points standings. 2, 48, 78 all have 10 playoff points

Nothing on the Buescher incident?

It's been noted earlier in the season that FOX has been exceptionally poor at missing incidents this year. I can't figure out why. Especially on a short track like this.

I think they has technical alliance with RCR. I guess that doesn't include any of the guaranteed mentions package that Pops bought from Nascar.

That vht elephant pee stuff worked great today. To bad 42 & 78 sped,.Might of been a difference outcome.

"You need just enough of that sticky stuff to hold the seams of your fine blue jeans."

Let's hear more keen analysis from those who told us that Clint Bowyer was nothing but a has-been (or never-was) midpack driver undeserving of a prime seat like the #14.

The majority of the negative Bowyer commentary has nothing to do with his skillset.

Watching Race Hub and they are showing that Larson speeding occurred in a 50ft speed zone after the pit lane exit. So after he crosses the line which determines the pit road exit point for determining the order, then there is a 50 foot speed zone after that line. Why on the hell do they have a speed zone after the pit road exit.
