Lucks into another win.
It was a good race!

If that last caution didn't come out Larson wins. It is based on luck whether or not the caution will come out.

Jimmie is the best at Dover & he showed it again by winning from dead last.

But Ray Charles could see lady luck with strokin the 48 all day long

What about the other 4 or 5 times when he should have won but the wrong pit call or something took them out.
yeah like last year when his trans hung up in third gear and he was in a good position to win..Tough one to remind the 42 fans but on the last restart at homestead last year it was another textbook restart with the 42 ending up getting the shaft. Johnson doesn't squander many opportunities.

Luck or not........ You can't discount the fact that the 48 team is always a threat to win..... I think this is the deepest in the field that anyone has ever won at Dover.... Even though the stats won't show it because that was not his qualifying position......

Your right of course NASCAR gave the win by waiting to wave yellow until their boy got past the magic line.

He was in position to capitalize on opportunity.

Johnson just beat Larson on the restart even though Larson had the better car, grasshopper will learn or continue to get beat.

Fortune certainly favors him that's for sure. Capitalizing on it is only 10% of the battle.

Larson also probably messed up by taking the top on the last restart. Spin city when you try to get going there on old tires.

Smart and lucky. He didnt have enough for the 42 at the end and had a huge lead on the 3rd place car. So why not save your tires just in case a late race caution pops up. And it did. Burn up your tires trying to catch the 42 and have nothing left if a caution comes out and finish 5th or get caught up in a crash. He's not a 7 time champion by coincidence.
