Pretty cool getting to meet Kyle Larson

Kings royal, Bell was moving to the front until he had his front wing mangled when he tangled with a back marker. He came from the back and finished 3rd

Camera mounted on the rear of Bell's sprinter. wild. Man he is smooth on the throttle and he was keeping it wide open. He passed a ton of cars

"That kid is pretty good," Schatz said of Bell. "He's giving me gray hair.":D

Go Smoke:punkrocke
With Schatz finishing first to Bell's second, they reversed the order of the previous night [link] and gave Tony Stewart Racing a sweep of the top two positions both nights.

Bell and Pitman are local Okie boys.:punkrocke

I'll tell ya Sheldon H puts on a hell of a show. Seriously takes some crazy risky dive bombs

Going to my first WoO race this coming weekend at Wilmot. I've been to tons of NASCAR races, and a few short track races, but never dirt. Any tips for a good experience? Can be specific to Wilmot if anyone's been or just general WoO tips.

I always sat close to turn 4, but wear eye protection because that is where dirt chunks can sometimes fly thru the fence. But most of the action happened around there, restarts and last turn passes. The tracks I used to go to you could see the pits from there. If not sit towards the middle, less dirt and all that.

Be ready to have a blast! And cover up your can of beer during the race.

Also Turn 4 is usually your best bet as the dust cloud usually isn't as potent as in Turn 1

Thanks. That's one thing I was going to ask (more to prepare my wife than for me). How bad is the dirt in your face?

Just my two cents. Wife? first dirt race? set her in the middle, don't go down to turn four. It depends about the dust. As a general rule the later it gets the dustier it is, unless they keep watering down the track. The tracks are all different depending on what kind of dirt.

looks like the locals knew something the out of towner's didn't. They set up for the low line

Sure do wish it didn't cost fifty ****** dollars to watch this race tonight.

Thank you for posting these videos, they are great to watch!
