TV Shows

It's a shame Supergirl's ratings are down because a useless and insufferable character was written out .... this season is far and away the best yet.

Just finished Mindhunter. Awesome!
Absolutely agree. I finished it a few weeks back.

Netflix continues to produce far better content than anything on network television. Amazon does the same.

Some of the Netflix/Amazon series that we watch.....

Netflix - House of Cards, Orange is the new Black, Bloodline, Mindhunter, Stranger Things, The Ranch, 13 Reason's Why, & several good documentaries/movies.

Amazon - The Man In The High Castle, Sneaky Pete, & a sh!tton of good documentaries.

There's probably more that I am forgetting.

Unfortunately, I don't have Amazon.

Have you watched Ozark on Netflix? I thought it was excellent and can't wait for season 2.

I haven't seen it but I just added it to our list.

I've been quite surprised with Amazon's service. We started subscribing to the Amazon Prime service quite a while ago. I didn't realize for some time that this service was part of being a Prime member.

Our setup for the television that we mainly use is a Samsung 55" 4K UHD. I've got a Roku 4K UHD hooked up to it. We subscribe to Dish Network, Netflix & Amazon Prime Video. I've got to tell you, the streaming service coming through Amazon Prime is by far, the best overall video quality. They have a sh!tton of UHD programming that makes you feel like you are there. The UHD content that I get off of Netflix is not nearly the same quality. UHD content that I've watched off of Dish Network is probably a close 2nd to Amazon.

Anyone watch The Exorcist on Fox? I enjoyed the first season, and am catching up on the new season now. Good show, I think.

The mid-season finale of Supergirl ... :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

This is the best show on TV right now, in spite of all the dumb subplots The CW is forcing in there.

Negative ghost rider, the best show on TV is not on the CW, its tie between Lethal Weapon and The Orville and some other shows.

Personal opinion of course

Seeing how my opinion is all that matters ;)

The best TV show to hit a streaming service returns with its second season, tomorrow, the boys, they are , a back in town

And a big ole :( , tonight is the season finale of The Orville, too bad FOX order a short season for it.

The CW sucks..

So they're going to air a few episodes of Supergirl, then move Legends of Tomorrow to Supergirl's timeslot and pull Supergirl off air for three months.

Why not pull Valor, which is destined for cancellation, and put Legends on after Supergirl?

I'd rather them move the show back to CBS even if it means I have to sit through the life insurance commercials on the old people network.

Makes no sense to pull it unless they need time to film more episodes, its one of CW's highest rated shows.

Just a little update on Peaky Blinders that I'm now into season 2 episode 3. Gotta say it's right up there with the Sopranos as one of the best gangster shows I've ever seen. And to top it off the soundtrack is awesome.Anywho, back to season 2 and episode 4.:D
