Rate The Cup Race: Kansas I

Turned into a demo derby after fantastic racing early. 6.

9. I was a little disappointed that Kenseth didn’t finish on the lead lap. I guess that is evidence that the entire 6 team needs a house cleaning.

I thought it was a really entertaining race. Kansas has been a lot like Michigan imo, wide and fast. I think the finish would have been really good if the cautions didn't kick in. This will be two years in a row that Kansas has one of the best races of the season. Weird....

10. Best car won. BTW.....To all of you who were bitching about MY TRD powered Toyotas last year (you know who you are) is this domination by the 4 the level playing field you were looking for? Haven't heard from you. Now, I have no problem with what is going on. I am not pissed....but you sure were last year. Time for the tunnel? How is this different?

sure sounds like it.

sure sounds like it.

Are you being serious? Do you think what the 4 has going on is bad for the series? Fascinating to me that the second Kevin got loose, he shat himself. God he hates a loose car. Rodney tightens him back up, and boom, he is back at it.

Another note on the race I found fascinating....Kyle Freakin' Larson is a wheelman (I know, duh). Took that bucket of **** Chevy and drove the hell out of it. Damn, Toyota could have had him.

5 it is planned beforehand, green to start the race and then big crashes at end for the fans to remember the event and come back.

4, totally boring. I fell asleep during the red flag that went on forever.

9,
I am a Nascar fan and I enjoyed the race, lot of action and hard driving. I mean that boy Larson dang sure gets after it, he gets best of show from me.
Matt did as expected and will improve over time, if he can implement the chassis set up changes needed to move forward.

I will give it an 8. It kept me very entertained and would have been even more exciting had a few good cars had not crashed. It was especially entertaining to watch Larson take a Chevy from the rear to the front in such a short time. I liked seeing old Chip showing some emotion...but he had better pace himself because he still has a long month of May at Indy coming up.:)

Clean air still rules. I was happy to see Larson and Blaney running up front but I was bummed when Blaney took them out (Blaney went past the limits of his car). That opened up the race to a number of drivers. I thought Truex would hang on for the win but Harvick on new tires was not going to be denied.

Pretty damn good I thought, Larson/Harvick/Blaney was a competitive battle for most of the night. Disappointed it turned into a crash-and-bash towards the end, but one of the three deserving guys still won and there was a great finish.

I didn’t see any of the race except the last 60 laps when they replayed it this morning. The MRN broadcast damn sure made it sound exciting.
