Rate The Cup Race: 2019 Daytona Clash

I don't know that anybody was taking it easy, but for whatever reason, it was a one groove race track. Unless you were going to bulldoze somebody, it was going to be pretty hard to go anywhere.

Will this hold true in the twins and 500 in your opinion?

Nah I think they just rode there because it's easier to defend the lead from the top.. the line with more cars in it usually goes to the front.. that's always happened.. the bottom was making progress just before the wreck

The race is always somewhat different when you get 40 cars out there, but it may also depend on the weather conditions. Daytona is MUCH more weather and handling sensitive than Talladega. Like most plate races now days, guys will dick around for 480 miles, and then lose their minds for the last 20.

2. Looked like all the drivers were on a Sunday parade and didn't want to race.
