Doesn't look good for today,at least not for an on-time start. NWS says 90% chance today, not dropping below 50% until after 2:00.

One alternative is the IMSA race at Mid-Ohio.

It's raining right now, looking at weather.com I'm basing my hope on it saying between 2-3 PM rain becomes showers and then light rain

Looks like a wash today. Not heading up and won’t be able to go tomorrow. Will be the first Dover cup race I have missed since fall 2015.

I opted not to drive down. Forecast looks worse than last May's and if anyone recalls, last year's forecast the night before was pretty ugly too. Shame, because i think there would have been good a crowd coming off of a great weekend at Talladega.
