Midwest Tour at The Milwaukee Mile

What a crowd. It's sad that the Midwest Tour can bring 6,200 and car counts but a Menards Series race would be lucky to get 3-4K.

Not saying you are wrong, though its kinda hard to compare. This was a really special race that has (at least for one last race, hopefully more) revived a legendary track. Probably a lot of people that wouldn't normally go to a super late model race came out to this to support the track or at least get to see the track one last time. As far as car counts go, ARCA is really weak now, though there are a lot of tracks and series running super late models, and Wisconsin has a really strong racing scene. The Midwest Tour is one of the best in the country for SLM (and Wisconsin has awesome races going on with dirt as well, the IRA 410 sprint series is one of the best in the country).
I'm sure an ARCA Menards series race couldn't have gotten anywhere near that car count (probably just the 18 to 25 they have been able to get this year), though, if promoted well, may have been able to get a decent crowd considering the situation at the Milwaukee Mile!

I'd heard they were wanting to bring back a Menards Series race, and don't get me wrong I love that series so I hope they can get back to having 25-30 cars minimum with the 2020 NASCAR stuff.
