NFL 2019-2020

I wonder if Danica is sitting up in a suite staying nice and toasty...or tasty depending where your mind is at.:)

Good game. The Seahawks fared better than I expected them to, and I would have liked to see Wilson get another shot. But they had to make a stop. I'm not sure about the spot on the Graham catch, but I can agree there was not enough to clearly overturn it.

Congrats to the Packers. I tend to think they are outgunned by the 49ers and ironically the Seahawks would have a better shot due to how familiar the two teams are with each other. But we'll see.

Being a Niner fan, I’d rather SF play GB than play Seattle.

I certainly don't take the Titans lightly. The Chiefs showed again today how mistake prone and hot / cold they can play. If the Titans get a substantial lead as the Texans did today, they know how to take control with their ground game. The Texans played like they were behind when they were up 24-7.

On talent, the Chiefs should win. Whether they will is a big if.

San Fran will be happy to curb stomp the Packers again. No telling what will happen though, teams adjust over time. They are probably happy because the Seahawks are like a thorn in their side.

Seahawks killed themselves playing from behind and relying on the heroics of Wilson to pull them through. Hardly a semblance of a running game and defense, Clowney being hurt did not help either and not getting pressure on Rodgers kills their defense. Seattle relies on the front seven to produce pressure and make it easier on the young secondary to cover.

Green Bay's offense was anemic for the second half as well, so I was not surprised by the comeback. Good game though and Seattle's slow start cost them in the end.

Kansas City's going to have a tough time with Tennessee though.
Oh I know, I’d give the Titans maybe a 20-30% chance of winning that game. Only way they win is if their pass defense shows up and KC’s run defense doesn’t. Plus there’s the Andy Reid conference championship game choke factor, he’s only 1-5 in conference title games in his career.

I could see the Titans winning. Because it'd be the perfect **** you to me, the Nationals winning the World Series and the Titans winning the Super Bowl, while the Orioles are one of the worst teams in baseball history and the Jaguars are probably never going to be good again.

FWIW, I was rooting for the Jaguars in the AFC Championship Game a couple years ago...
