Anyone ever heard concept "everyone processes grief differently"? There is a fear that he has passed. People are anxiously anticipating this. In a situation like this, everyone here has a right to express whatever is is they are feeling, whether it's panic, anger, sadness, aggression etc. Everyone has a right to feel that way, we should be compassionate towards each other here. Not hostile.

I feel for the families and team members that were waiting to hear the news about Ryan's condition. I have been in that position a few times and whether it is your own driver or the driver from another team it is a long and brutal experience until you get the confirmation good or bad.

One of the biggest waves of relief I’ve ever felt in my life. I think this event should serve as a reminder to all of us that we’re not guaranteed even the very next second, and that any day could be it, even for the toughest of SOB’s like Newman.

I know he is in a lot of pain and likely has a very long road to recovery, but thankfully he'll still get to be a father to his little girls.
