I'm not a physician, but I'd imagine if surgery is required it's probably a ligament tear

Just speculation but usually when it's ligaments they're not in a hurry to do surgery. (I've had several torn ligaments in the knees). Typically when you do surgery right away it's to set bones.

I hope Chase has a speedy recovery and no long-term problems from his accident. I also hope this incident doesn't cause Mr. H to put some restrictions on what his drivers can do on their off days.

I think it would be hard. Plenty of other teams that would willingly take any of his drivers and allow them freedom
