Truck RACE thread --- Darlington

Jamie throwback to the 1940's? 1950's?
She presents well, no matter what decade..

And the Goodyear tire throwback looks good as well...

I missed something. Sanchez won the pole with Heim second, but the start of the race had Sanchez in like 6th with Enfinger on the front row. :idunno: .

I feel like with a 95%+ chance of no more precip NASCAR will get this going even if it does end up being a 10pm start.

Does anyone know what the media love affair is over Daniel Dye? Not to denigrate him at all, do not know much about him other than he appears to be a middle of pack type of guy.

His dad is a pretty well-connected businessman in the Daytona area. They fund an onboard in the truck each week, the broadcast hypes him up, and since he’s usually in the thick of it he essentially acts as the Truck Series war correspondent.

I didn’t know there was a love affair? But if there is, maybe it’s not about him, but more so his Race to Stop Suicide movement/sponsor.

I would say there’s not much Dean Thompson loves more than wrecking, but that’s the same bump that caught out Kyle Busch. Tough spot especially side-by-side on a restart.

Man, I can't help but think Mikey must have some solid dirt on some big network executive. How is that guy still on TV?

Thanks, could not figure it out. Michael and Jamie mentioned him more than any other driver. Could not figure it out.
