Yes, it is.Parker has shown flashes of talent in underfunded equipment. He drove a great race Saturday night. 15 years ago nobody would be mad at him. The manufacturer crap on drafting tracks is annoying
I am a strong supporter of manufacturer teamwork. Having said that, I have a problem with a manufacturer getting into a kid's **** for pushing another manufacturer in a car that is not benefitting from Tier 1 support. He is trying to build a career. Give him one, and he won't be forced into that kind of situation. My two cents....Yes, it is.
His job is to get the best possible finish he can for himself and his car owner.
That was his best shot at a good finish. As soon as he pushed the 21 past the 8 the 21 cut over in front of Busch and young Harry left Parker out in the wind. Parker lost 5 places in less than a lap.I'm so mad we're telling a 21-year-old kid his sole job was to help Kyle Busch win the race.
Part of me was hoping he would win at Darlington, but now I hope RCR gets locked out.
Richard Childress should be mad at Kyle Busch for putting them in this position where they had to win at Daytona. He should be mad at those races where Kyle Busch seemingly wrecked himself for no reason, and his team for underperforming so bad throughout much of this season.
He’s apologetic.
That’s a shame.
Good ol' master(click)baitersMore trumped up B.S. Nobody told him personally to not push the 21, nobody in the Chevy camp has been quoted for saying anything bad to Parker, but the click baiters have a story and the herd follows.

It's a given that Fords push Fords, it's the reason the yotas added more cars so they have a better chance to win on super speedways.
Every fan knows this, the media preaches it.
The kid thought he had a chance to win the race. The 21 at the first chance he had, left him out in the wind and he finished 7th. End of the story. Decent finish for a first timer driver/team.
Nah. You gotta help Kyle Busch win since he can’t on his own anymore. If you got a chance for a win you go for the win regardless of what manufacturer or teammate or whoever is around you. You might never have a shot at winning a cup race again.
It was impossible to line up behind Kyle Busch if he wanted to.Nah. You gotta help Kyle Busch win since he can’t on his own anymore.
For all of the Rice Burner and Evil Empire **** we here from my boy, @StandOnIt about TRD and Toyota, kind of ironic that Chevy is the one pushing youngsters around for the greater good of the company. Need to hear from The Felon on this. He was excellent at neutering Ross.Chevy and Childress should be acting a little more mature
Chevy is mad.,,,,RCR mad at Parker? Probably because they got beat. Aren't team orders against the rules and risk of being penalized?
Which explains why Parker had to justify his actions. Of course. Got it.nobody in the Chevy camp has been quoted for saying anything bad to Parker
Hillbillies believe what they believe. The click baiters have an audience, reality is another story. The choose order was Busch, Burton, Bell and then Parker. Busch went inside, Burton outside, Bell went inside and Parker went outside.Which explains why Parker had to justify his actions. Of course. Got it.

If the 20 pushed Spinny far enough out, he passes him for the win. Yeah, JGR hates Kyle so much that they gave up a win. Delusional.Anybody figure out why the 20 yota didn't lock on and push the hell out of the 8 car? I wonder what would have happened if he did? You think sold out Joe and the TRD'ers would be thrilled?
Kyle Busch said he was fine with the 20, thought young Retz might not be able to push him straight. But whatever, let the clown car roll.
Chevy is mad.,,,,
The 20 didn't have enough beans for that.If the 20 pushed Spinny far enough out, he passes him for the win. Yeah, JGR hates Kyle so much that they gave up a win. Delusional.

More click bait. Where was Parker? Not even a direct quote...grasping at straws.Retzlaff: Didn't Mean to Cost Busch, Chevrolet; Was Trying to Win at Daytona
As Parker Retzlaff, making his second career NASCAR Cup Series start, found himself near the front of the field in the closing laps of Saturday night's Coke Zerwww.si.com
Laughable given the crap you have posted.
More click bait. Where was Parker? Not even a direct quote...grasping at straws.
Hell I'll write one...Chevrolet was disappointed they didn't win, Parker took it hard after he was mobbed by the click baits on twitter and every other Dick and Harry wondering why he didn't knock the 20 out of the way and push Busch.
Kyle had to to hold Childress's watch this time.Chevrolet is soooo mad. Jim Campbell himself ripped Parker out of the car on pit road and fired him on the spot. And I heard Richard Childress went to Parker's house the next morning and fed antifreeze to his cat.
