Why though?
Because there is still space for a regional series, sounds like this will be mostly Ohio based like the All Stars really were.

Good to see. Not all teams can commit to a national series and not all tracks can successfully promote weekly 410 sprint cars. I think this fills a nice void in an area where car counts are fairly decent.
