NFL 2024-2025

Looked like a correct PI call to me. I'm tired of defensive backs getting away with holding and grabbing all the time.

That was the first time this year the Lions have won like the Chiefs do. Doing barely enough, allowing the other team to beat themselves. Maybe they really are on their way. :D

Strictly football strategy that's way more on Caleb than the coach. You don't want to take the timeout before third down especially when you have plenty of time. If your QB literally has any football IQ you don't purposely run out the clock. You throw something simple over the middle call the TO and tie the game.

Thanks food coma, I'm glad I missed it.

Bears loss is 100% on Caleb Williams.

Matt Eberflus made the right call not using the timeout yet. You want to wait until you’re in field goal range to call that time out.

Caleb stood there for 10 seconds, held the ball another 4 seconds, and did his Fail Mary.

Zero situational awareness on his part to get a quick snap off and throw it to the sideline or get a check down to get in field goal range.

Eberflus will be fired for this loss.

Caleb Williams has a ton of talent, but not very smart and very arrogant to boot.

Williams certainly is at fault to some degree but the coach staff isn’t blameless here either. If you call a timeout after the sack you can recalibrate, take inventory of the situation, and still leave yourself enough time to use the middle of the field on 3rd down and run a fire drill with the FG unit at the end. And having seemingly no communication between the sideline as the clock started to wind down falls on both parties as well.

Williams played really well in the second half despite that so it’s unfortunate that’s all that’ll be remembered.

I really expected this game to be closer. Not sure if it's the weather or if it's that Green Bay is this good, but it's really been a one side game in favor of Green Bay.

Really looking forward to next Thursday. Should be a good test for Detroit going against a good team.

#1 draft pick at the moment…go Jags/Raiders

I don't know that the Jaguars are gonna help your cause any.

Especially now that Trevor Lawrence is considering deactivating himself and taking the surgery he needs on his shoulder.

The only way the Jaguars have any remote chance of a win is with Trevor on the field and I take back every mean thing I have ever said about him.

I’d consider that Houston has been slumping the past month or so and the final five games after that are quite a bit easier too. I could see Jacksonville pulling off a win or two.

On the other hand I really don’t think the Giants win the rest of the year, and the Ravens and Eagles will probably each beat them by 40.
