Larson and Sweet and other Americans are racing at Perth Sweet said in a couple of weeks. Dec 28-30 on Flo :punkrocke

...so was the plan all along to end up with an ownership stake in the Outlaws?
 
I don't know but that whole response just raises so many weird questions
 
Larson said the other day that the top WoO drivers probably make more than the lower half of the field of Cup drivers.

Top ten in combined points from the first two years get a charter and a bunch of teams aren't showing up. Heck, we haven't even seen confirmation from Marks yet and he actually got a charter based on year 1 performance. My guess is Kahne sees there only being 10-11 fulltimers and thinks he has a chance at finishing in a charter position given that he ran all of last year. Long term he'll get value from that and obviously the relationship with HL is different with Brad in the building.

This is like the "So, who's better, you or Verstappen?" response. There's no smoke here. The only way the series merge is one entity buys the other and in this instance the bigger fish is Flo.
