They’re just not very serious contenders as they’ve been built the past several years. Besides the COVID year, in which they were pretty clearly frauds and floundered down the stretch before flaming out in the Wild Card, I’m not sure of the last time they won more than 10 games.

Going for it inside their own 40 under a minute to go was an interesting decision for Pittsburgh. Pretty much gave 3 free points to Cincinnati after failing to convert.
