Amazing that the Bengals were 4-8 and the Steelers were 10-3, and the season ends with one game separating them in the standings. One of them looks like they have a chance in tbe playoffs and probably won't make it.

The Bengals still could have easily blown that game, but they are scary for any opponent. The Steelers are a gift to any opponent.

I'm honestly surprised there isn't more talk about the Steelers switching back to Fields. Not that I think it would make a big difference, but that team is dead in the water as is, and Russ made two terrible rookie level decisions on the final drive.

Minnesota took the unusual measure of buying around 1,900 tickets on the secondary market. The NFL, per sources, says the team didn’t break any rules.

In the days leading up to Sunday night’s showdown against the Detroit Lions, the Vikings took the unusual measure of buying around 1,900 tickets for the road game on the secondary market, at about $1,000 apiece, for a total approaching $2 million. The team then turned around and sent an email to season ticket holders, offering the opportunity to buy the tickets at a much lower price point, and in some cases for as little as $200 per ticket.

The Lions contacted the league office about it and were told, per sources, that the Vikings didn’t break any rules in the process of pulling this off.

The seats the Vikings bought are centralized behind the visiting team bench area at Ford Field, which, obviously, would cut into the percentage of home fans in the stadium and could also work to help the Vikings’ ability to communicate on the sideline.

I doubt there are many other owners who would do this, even for a game of this magnitude. I’m sure some of them have ended back up on the resale market already, but this is a pretty cool and clever gesture by the Vikings.
 
The Bucs’ secondary was already depleted before Jordan Whitehead got into a car accident yesterday morning. Pretty concerning so far how Rattler has been able to move the ball on them.
 
I don't even want to wait until tomorrow for the firings.

They need to commence right after this game is over.

Subjecting myself to a meaningless Week 18 matchup between Mitch Trubisky and Joe Milton. This is what I get for enjoying the Pats success all those years.
