IMSA 2025

Big day for new liveries:

I liked the green Lambo last year but the Italian flag inspiration is even better.

The three BMW Junior Team members have now graduated to full-time roles alongside Madison Snow at PMR. I was hoping for this the past couple of years, good to see BMW getting younger finally.

Nice. I like the unifying color patches at the back of the front fenders around the mirrors, and the 'fade to black' back ends. Definitely no problem picking the Caddys out of the field!

3:00 PM to 5:00 PM ET
Session 2 - WeatherTech Championship
11:15 AM to 12:45 PM ET
Session 3 - WeatherTech Championship
3:10 PM to 4:10 PM ET
Session 4 - WeatherTech Championship
6:30 PM to 8:30 PM ET
Session 5 - WeatherTech Championship
9:45 AM to 10:45 AM ET
Session 6 - WeatherTech Championship

Session 7 - WeatherTech Championship

There’s also a pair of VP Racing SportsCar Challenge (LMP3/GT3/GT4) races on Peacock - Saturday @ 1:55 PM ET, Sunday @ 1:15 PM ET.

I caught a few minutes of IMSA Radio just now. They say GTD Pro and GTD will qualify separately this year. They'll also start and restart as separate groups, pros in front, pro-ams behind, regardless of Q speeds or field position prior to caution.

Just a note that Shea Adam will not be doing pitlane reporting. She noted on social media that she has left IMSA, but she will be at Bathurst.
Dude! Geared up for the season? Will you be spending the week in FL or will you be in NC for the upcoming meteorological festivities?

She was probably the most informed person in the paddock and carried a lot of broadcasts. Not sure what her next big venture is, but someone will be getting a great reporter.

And again last night. If they're sandbagging, they're consistent.
I’d add that WTR are the only team and drivers working with a car they have no previous experience with this week. Still, it wouldn’t explain the lack of pace from Action Express. But it might just be different testing programs across the manufacturers.
