NBA 24-25

Warriors wasted Curry going into Paris mode down the stretch because they couldn’t defend for **** on the final possession.

Hell of a game though.

For what was set up as a historically great matchup on paper between two smaller market franchises, the NBA got the game they needed in OKC @ Cleveland tonight. Hopefully it reflects well in the ratings amidst all the current dialogue.

I stopped following the NBA quite some time ago, so I had no idea that my boy Russ went to the Nuggets. He went OFF in this game! 😁

And oh, by the way, Nikola Jokic, who I've always liked in the 2K games, had a triple-double, too. ^_^

The NBA makes LeBron a billionaire. How does he thank them?

By forming a competitor league.

Hard to figure out what the Mavs are doing, unless the league just decided they wanted to get Luka there. It certainly shakes things up.

Everything I heard and saw out of the Mavs’ GM today has led me to believe he’s just a moron of the highest order. Luka gave no indication he wasn’t going to sign a super max or that he wanted a trade out. This freaking guy just went to the Lakers and asked if they wanted Luka.

Now the fan base is demoralized (very rightfully so) and no free agent is going to want to sign with a clown show of a front office like that. Just ruined the next decade of Mavs basketball. I wouldn’t spend another dime on tickets or merch if I were a Dallas fan.

I'm looking forward to this 30 for 30 in about 15 years

This is a direct result of bad ownership. If Cuban was still the owner and head of basketball ops A) Niko Harrison wouldn't even have the balls to run this trade past him or B) Cuban would've vetoed, it and fired his ass on his way out the door.
