Cup RACE thread --- Las Vegas

What the heck! So that’s where Jimmy Hart is! He was supposed to be in Wichita signing autographs this weekend, but they reported he could no longer attend. I mean, I’d rather be in Vegas too, so I don’t blame him.

I don't trust any grown man that gets that excited about the BackStreet Boys.

Also, Ugly American points awarded for thinking that New Zealand and Australia are one and the same.

ADMIN!!! I demand TRL be censored for continuous use of that nasty 5 letter word! "chores"

What a nasty word!

😀😀
I agree -- but my cleaning fairy hit the road a long time ago, so I have to do them myself.

And, THAT was a proper fly-over by the Thunderbirds. I like them almost as much as the Blue Angels. I'm biased -- my dad was a Navy pilot in WWII in the Pacific.

That Ty Gibbs interview was kinda concerning.

I hope he sees a doctor or something after this race.

Missing the side by side, they should be used on all green flag commercials.

I wondered how far into the season we'd get before Fox stopped doing side by side throughout the entire race. I'm surprised they did it for as many races after Daytona as they did.

That tire was out of the way. They should have stayed green.

Cutaway car ❤️❤️❤️
I think that is an artistic or computer drawing and they are not honestly physically doing the work to disassemble a real car.

Next thing you know, to save on the the pit crew travel they will be doing the simulated pit stops in Charlotte. To be recreated on camaras by AI images at the track.

Then the drivers will start doing the races on a sim, to be recreated by AI cars for the fans and TV.

The gerbils will be the only real things that are left. That AI cutaway car is going to kill us all.

Underwater on Mars.

Nothing's ever truly out of the way, I've seen people wreck into the strangest areas and a tire could easily go airborne if hit
I know, I still remember being traumatized by the ballons at Indianapolis and I am sure they have ran through some farts that warranted a caution.

A couple weeks ago, my wife and I had a few hours to kill in Pensacola, so we checked out the Naval Aviation Museum. It did not disappoint

That's what happens when you hire a decent driver. That 21 team is 100% Penske. Harrison Burton just isn't Cup caliber

I like Harrison. I thought his performance was a combination of him not being ready and the car.

Harrison's ceiling might be as an Xfinity lifer, which is fine. Or maybe he gets an opportunity in a few years and is better prepared for Cup.

But it certainly doesn't appear the car was the problem.
