Busch has been racing for a while, and with his brother now officially retired, I've been wondering when he'll throw in the towel. I'm thinking maybe '29 or '30. Do y'all have any predictions?

A lot of it depends on Brexton. He was announcing at a High Limit race the other night and they were trying to talk Kyle to get into a 410. He said Brexton would get in one but he wasn't. He wants to race with Brexton in the Truck series whenever that is.

This will either be a throwback announcement or something involving Brexton.

If it is a “retirement” or a step back from fulltime Cup racing, then good for him. He’s accomplished about everything you possibly can in this sport. Minus a 500. Go run for a Truck Series championship and enjoy Brexton’s budding career.

It’s not a retirement. It’ll be a throwback for a scheme he ran in the 18 or 51. Look at the time announcement.

I used to love Daytona and Talladega, but I’ve been watching for a long time.
You could play any “plate” race now from the past 20(?) years and they all look the same. Guys that could never win anywhere in their careers have a shot at a plate win now, if they get the right push and avoid the junkyard lap.

6:51 pm(which is what 18:51 would be) just seems like a weird time to do an announcement for something to serious you know?
51-18=33 one of RCR's Xfinity numbers...this actually became slightly deeper than the joke I was making. But you're still probably right with the throwback scheme...

Legend team for himself and Brexton. Samantha as “owner”. It’s a win win for Kyle, more seat time and he’s there to coach Brexton up.

He’s already talked about putting together a Truck ride for Brexton when he’s of age. Kyle would take the age restricted races and Brexton the rest. When Brexton makes 18 he’d stand down and be a full time “race dad”.
