2026 Silly Season

If you pretended not to be familiar with the respective brands, the names "Lowes Motor Speedway" and "Infineon Raceway" at least sounded OK. EchoPark Speedway is just bizarre.

Also strange of SMI to drop "Motor Speedway" and just go by "EchoPark Speedway". They went through the effort to re-brand New Hampshire International Speedway and Dover International Speedway.

The opening was absolutely stunning.

So they threw a gender reveal party and the gender was "EchoPark," whatever that is. That's what I get out of this.

Oh, I just learned that EchoPark is owned by the Smith family. I'm sure that they were just as excited to buy the rights to Atlanta Motor Speedway as Hendrick Cars is to sponsor Hendrick Racing's Kyle Larson.

Even if Bowman was 86’d, who is the replacement? He’s better than anyone that’s rumored to be a FA this year. It’s always easy to fire Alex but the hard part is what’s the plan? I haven’t seen a better one bandied about here or on other socials.

Corey Heim

Tbf they've been known to do some good developmental for us. ;)
Yeah, you're right lol. It's hard to beat the William and Rudy show. Come to think of it, I don't think Revman has a name for those two. He probably wants to forget that ever happened.

JG looks like he lost some weight in that pic

I would go after Zane. Even Jr said they screwed up by letting him go or not helping him more.

Hell Jeff could drive it himself for a year. I'm sure he'd love to race against Larson.

Penske keeps saying Cindric is safe and all is good. We'll see about that.

Hendrick and Ally can't be happy with what they're getting from Bowman regardless of what the PR people say.

JHN is not a Cup driver. Does Toyota try to slide Heim into the 42 since there seems to be no room at JGR?

I would think Suarez could be on a bit of a hot seat unless things turn around in the second half.

From the article, Cindric, Bowman, Nemo are under contract for 26. Suarez is mentioned as a driver who isn't under contract for next year.

And we all know 'under contract' doesn't mean 'will still be employed'.
Since when? Penske told Dibenideto a year in advance he wasn't getting resigned..ya think when Penske said Cendric is good he's lying? Or Hendrick saying Bowman is signed for 26 is a lie. Don't include me in your "we" B.S. in this deal.

The comment wasn't in reference to Cindric, Bowman, or Nemo in particular, just that drivers have been released with year(s) remaining on their contract. See Corey Lajoie, for example, who was doing about the same as Nemo is now.

Like I said. with the "we" part. you list some weird outlier and that is supposed to be gospel about driver contracts from Penske and Hendrick? Not going to fly.

"Echo Park Power Unit Speedway" would be sl 2026 .
