2025 High Limit Sprint Car Racing

I said I felt like it was good situation for Buddy but that I'd pick Day on raw speed. Day is faster, but Buddy is driving the right race in traffic thus far. That would have been the story if it stayed green. Who knows now. Day is really fast and cautions breed cautions.

I was so busy watching the battle for the lead that I didn't realize Reutzel got to third. He may have something to say too.

Corey Day has insane car control

Day is a real gentleman. Could have complained and didn't. He drives the hell out of it and takes the results like a man win or lose. He was the fastest guy here.

Good disciplined drive by Kofoid. I thought he'd run the bottom and he went to the top. Great showing for Macri. That guy belongs on a national tour soon.

Tonight Thunder Road is at IRP also. Tony Stewart and Ron Capps are racing in that Celebrity race. Both High Limit and this are on Flo.

Wheatland has never seen a lot of premiere 410 sprint car action. It's late model territory. But it's in great shape and very racey for these guys. Good show.

I left Wheatland a few hours ago during an insane rain storm. I'd say they will be lucky to run tonight.
ETA - that was 4 hours ago, and it is the Ozarks, so the weather can change on a dime at any point.

After leaving Wheatland earlier to drive to Columbia to tend to a crisis with middle child, made it back just in time for the feature. Good race, congrats to Rico.
On to the Larry Phillips Memorial race in Monett tomorrow night.
