2025 Petit Le Mans

Since Porsche is staying with IMSA , I am supporting
Penske Porsche's for this 10 hour rodeo. Just got
off the phone with the son in Nashville and I asked
him what his earliest memories of Petit and he said
"The Audi / Peugeot late nite battles".

What a crowd there!

Overall this appears to be a positive indicator for the health of the series, but I hate it for those fans out there today. IMSA fans might have to start planning their days like NASCAR fans had to do in the late 90s.

Race has settled down nicely since all of the early GTD and LMP2 chaos. I’m expecting things to ramp back up as the sun begins setting and the shadows start to creep across the track.

I’m on Peacock and all good at the moment.
Must be my local ISP. It's now buffering both aud and vid so much that I've decided that's enough for the day and I'll catch the remaining 4:30 or so next week.

This last race of the season, combined with today's relatively cool temps and constant rain, have brought autumn to me full force today.

I wouldn’t quite rule out the Lamborghini just yet either. I think they may have one and two laps more fuel than the 31 and 6.

Action Express hold on to finish the season with consecutive victories, the Valkyrie ends up with a best-ever P2 result just a few seconds back. Awesome performance from the THOR bunch.

PMR 48 fought past the 4 Corvette around an hour to go and stretched out a huge lead from there to secure the win in GTD Pro.

Pretty clean race, all things considered.

Entirely too many sporting events on today to give Petit
a whole lot of attention. Seemed like a fairly straight forward race
with out too much drama. Really enjoyed both MX5 races especially
race #1. here is the link.
