1:30 was never the green flag, that’s the broadcast start. 2:13 was always the scheduled green flag after getting moved up, previously was gonna be 3:13.

Controversial opinion 2 - anytime there is a pre-race show, the cars coming to the green should be the first thing we see when the actual race broadcast starts. Not another damn hour or so of nonsense

The broadcast started at 11:30am.

That’s only pre-race. The scheduled race broadcast, as you’d see on a guide, started at 1:30. It’s dumb, but it’s just the way it works.
