Cleetus McFarland’s partner George Siciliano, better known by his stage name Squirrel McNutt, is also among the entrants for the inaugural East Series event at Hickory. Driving a car prepared by McFarland’s team in Rette Jones Racing, Siciliano looks to put together a clean, solid showing ahead of more planned starts later this year.

Yeah Cleetus said in an interview with Harvick that McNutt is running here to get approved for Kansas, and Kansas with hope to run Talladega. He may be even greener than McFarland.

Spire Motorsports, Tristian McKee wins, Dystany Spurlock P-7. First ARCA race, first black female to race in ARCA. George Siciliano, Cleetus's sidekick 7 laps down in 13th his first race.

He reminds me of Cale Yarbourgh. No neck, short, built like a fire plug and he has a mouth on him. I think he had 3 wins after three tries at that point, led most of this race, but others made some adjustments at the break and he got his ass beat. The 9 was Landon Huffman, a crowd favorite Max blatantly turned. Max is not making friends to say the least.

Garrett Mitchell, also known as Cleetus McFarland, is on the entry list for Rockingham alongside his partner George Siciliano, or LS George. McFarland is seeking to enjoy a solid afternoon in Saturday’s East Series event prior to making his NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series debut with Richard Childress Racing later that day.

Siciliano is fresh off his own debut in the East Series, which saw him overcome an early off-track excursion to finish 13th last weekend at Hickory. Rockingham will be a much different test for Siciliano in nearly every regard, so he will look to enjoy a clean afternoon in a Rette Jones Racing-prepared car alongside McFarland.

Dystany Spurlock is back in the No. 66 Foxtecca Ford for MBM Motorsports after putting together an impressive seventh-place run on the lead lap in her East Series debut at Hickory. Just like last week, gaining experience is going to be primary objective for Spurlock on Saturday as she tackles the high banks of Rockingham for the first time.
