I haven’t seen the Netflix thing but I know it was very well received by people here. The Atlanta race had about 225k more viewers than the second race last year so if gains like that can be maintained it would be great.

5. I respect the opinions of those that think the race was a 10. I’m just not a big fan of momentum style racing that features a lot of wrecks.

6 million is double the viewership Nascar averaged for each race last year. IDK how anyone could be critical of a rain delayed race getting 6 million lookers.

With only 30k in seats and an inaugural race I’m sure they went very quickly.

I think Iowa has about 30k seating capacity so between a small number of seats and an inaugural event I’d expect it to sell out quickly.

I think those are all very good points. It would be interesting to see how they would institute a spending cap but it would be more interesting to see what happened to the first team caught circumventing it.
