23XI statement on not signing Charter agreement

The track ownership model and the fact that NASCAR restricts what owners can do with the car (can’t test, race elsewhere…etc) are the weakest points for NASCAR. I think NASCAR is 100% an illegal monopoly that exercises undue influence in the field. The problem for Denny and MJ however is that...

You can try to deny him but even year Joey Logano will always find a way to get ahead.

If Kyle Larson had raced in the Coca Cola 600, Joey Logano would be in the Round of 8.

    Silly Season 2025

Gotta feel for Gragson. His first ride was Legacy then he goes to SHR and they go out of business then he goes to Front Row and they sue NASCAR. Crazy as **** employment history

If Dale Earnhardt owned an NBA team, how many other owners do you think he could get to take action against the league?

It's been 15 years: What do you think happened with Jeremy Mayfield?

NASCAR has a vocal portion of its fan base that is convinced that NASCAR’s leadership is the devil reincarnated. Dennis has figured out how to play that to his advantage (and got a podcast out of it). Mayfield is also using that to his advantage.

What changes could realistically be made to the Next Gen car to improve the racing at drafting tracks?

And the high speeds created a lot of separation between cars and the aero push created by the high speed made it difficult to pass. We should probably not to look to Fontana for ways to improve the racing.

23XI statement on not signing Charter agreement

You seem to be confusing individuals working together vs. businesses. If you and I own construction firms and we partner together on a project, we’re sharing resources but neither of us can dictate to the other how to run their businesses.

I disagree with Kessler’s characterization. If I am NASCAR’s lawyer, I am rebutting that because I just don’t think that’s true. The teams are businesses who “partner” with NASCAR.

23XI statement on not signing Charter agreement

I am sympathetic towards the owners but I also worry about what a lawsuit could mean for stock car racing. What if NASCAR has to divest certain parts of this portfolio? What if the tracks are bought by a venture capital firm who puts in the bare minimum? Who even knows what a remedy to NASCAR’s...

What does size have to do with transparency? It takes the same amount of time to upload a large pdf as it does a small one. The leagues themselves don’t use public bond money, the teams do. Do we want to talk about the NC state government funding renovations to tracks that are used by NASCAR...
