My daughter is throwing discus 7th in the 2nd flight on Monday 8pm eastern. Will be streamed on Peacock. Heat Sheets just came out today. Throwing 5th in that same flight, barring injury, will be the top thrower in Women’s Discus for the US. She was the Olympic Gold Winner in the Covid delayed...

    Starlink Quantum Internet (Project Odin)

Just finished two weeks of use of the Starlink System. Two thumbs up and that’s only because I only have two. My setup was in a completely unobstructed area. No interruptions in service throughout the two week time period. My setup includes two 4’ poles that fit together to produce an 8’ mast...

Interesting info in that story. Ponies, horses..... They're horses to me. A 'hand' shy of being a horse is still a horse to me. They're big animals when you're face to face with them. I don't know how they interact with people south of the Maryland border but up here, they tend to own...

    The 2024 Summer in Olympics

She'd have to finish in the top 3 throwing a mark of at least 62.0 meters. Her best to date is 58.02. A win for her would probably be to crack the top 10. Not likely to make the team but just being there gives her the chance.

    Starlink Quantum Internet (Project Odin)

Six days into our use of the Starlink Internet Service. Less than 10 minutes to set up the service and get online. Zero issues. No buffering of streaming from any of our devices. We've utilized three different televisions, two Samsung tablets, one iPad and one HP laptop. Also, numerous calls...

I need a hat, a chain for my wallet & a can of snuff.

Spending a couple weeks at the beach here at Assateaque Island. Our usual spot twice a year. Was treated with a fly-by shortly after staking our beach spot for the day yesterday. The video is kinda cool but I don't think it'll post here. Here's a screen capture.....

I need a hat, a chain for my wallet & a can of snuff.

I live about 10 minutes from this location. There are many businesses located in there. Many people from my area work or have worked there. It's an old limestone mine. About 60 miles north of Pittsburgh in Boyers, PA.
