If a driver can get a waiver for being injured in a non-racing accident, then Larson should get one too. If they don't give Larson one, then do away with them altogether.

True. Still, he was a good race car driver, not a great one. The hall of fame should be reserved for the great ones.

Sorry, I don't think Ricky Rudd is hall of fame material. His only "big" win was the Brickyard. Never won a title or came close to winning one. He was, and probably still is, one tough SOB. But that doesn't make somebody a hall of famer.
