    Kenseth fails post race insp

Odd that if an official sees slam the side panel during the race you usually get lap down for the drive thru which today would have cost you 25 points, but if they catch you post race the penalty still allows you to win and costs less points. Sounds about right!

Bonehead of the week: New Hampshire

    Truex for not dropping back
  3. C

    Harvick or Truex?

Truex ruined the day for several drivers when he couldn't get out of the way, he should have dropped to the back.

    Kenseth fails post race insp

15 points to someone who already in the chase or cheat and win the money. It would be worth cheating every time. In my opinion if you pass tech before and fail post race, not including damage from a wreck, last place finish and an additional 15 points docked.

    Jeff Gordon's back!

So, if Gordon were to win would Nascar give him a championship provision of some sort? It wouldn't surprise me.

    The 4 car

Fair enough. Obviously with your name you are a fan of the three car, and as a fan if your satisfied that's all that matters.

    The 4 car

Do you think he would have a ride if Richard weren't his grandfather?

    The 4 car

Very nice, thanks for the info!

    The 4 car

Not sure Austin will ever be a top ten driver.

    The 4 car

RCR has improved their program, problem is they are fixing to let their best driver go to allow another grandson to move up. When RCR was employing Harvick and Bowyer it seemed like Bowyer was the best driver in that stable, now Bowyer is riding around in 25th place, I guess we will find out...

    The 4 car

I wasn't talking so much about last night as much as in general, it seems certain drivers when they get to the front at the end of these races close the door, Brad seems to be one of those who take advantage of there opportunities. I'm not even sure he was the leader on the last restart?

    The 4 car

After watching Brad win his fourth race of the year, it made me wonder if Kevin Harvick is getting the most out of his car. The talking heads will tell you he is a great driver and he might be, but over the last three years he has had the most dominant car at a lot of races only to come up short...

Bonehead of the week: Daytona II

If Jimmie would have lifted after the initial contact with Jaimie, he would have probably caught his car and not involved half the field. Seems like Jimmie has caused quite a few Big Ones on plate tracks. BTW I have nothing for or against Jimmie

    Not making friends

If Kurt would have done the same thing to Joey the captain would not have felt the same way!

    What happened?

Nascar stream lined the teams into such a small box there is no grey area to find speed, the top 12 teams are very close. Cars changed for the worse around 1990, or at least it seemed that way to me.

    What happened?

I think at one time a manufacturer had sell 500 cars in order to use it to race.

    What happened?

Another thing that made the 80s better for me was you could tell the different makes of car. Different makes would have advantages for a while but it would always swing back the other way. I believe the sprint cup cars should have to look like a Camaro, Mustang, Camry, fans really used to...

    What happened?

That was something what the 9 team did in 85, I remember hearing a crew chief saying he had never seen a car that dominant at Daytona! I think he won his twin by 37 seconds.

    What happened?

Yea Bristol looked like 3/4 mile track without stands all around. The asphalt looked smooth and cars ran top and bottom. I would like to see these drivers in those cars, I think it would be interesting.
