I watched the vid several times where they show that pit stop, when the 9 ate the 4 up on entrance. From the 4 in car camera Kevin looked in his rear view as he was crossing the timing line, probably lost concentration on the tach. ON Happy Hours a caller questioned Kevin on looking in rear...

I am not sure what you're getting at.

I think the 9 car caused the 4 car to speed on pit road. If you watch the final pit stop you can see what happened.
