To add fuel to the fire

The ILLEGAL splitter probably slowed the 20 car down and added 75 pounds to the nose, cheating teams arent that smart and dont know what they are doing, they just like to cheat. The 20 team stole a win from a rookie, way to go cheaters! What I cant understand is a cup guy stepping down into...

To add fuel to the fire

The 20 car team knew what they we doing and to take away a win from someone who has never won in this series makes it even worse. The new bonehead of the week is now hamlin. They had to take off a legal splitter and put this one on hoping not to get caught. Would have been justice if the cup...

2017 NASCAR Season - Television Ratings Thread

37 cars to start the race means its failing within as well. When I went to MIS,( a few years ago) there were 43 cars to start and they usually sent 2 to 4 cars home that didn't qualify.

2017 NASCAR Season - Television Ratings Thread

Years ago I went to 12 MIS races in a row. The stands were packed and you barely had enough room for your own numbered seat. Sardines comes to mind. Hot, sweaty, muggy, you didnt dare have a beer and later try to excuse yourself to use the john and you knew for sure if the person sitting next to...

    Bonehead of the week: Michigan-Gateway

Saturdays block was going to be my suggestion, but he got the shaft for his bonehead maneuver. Nascar for a garbage bag caution, "garbage" cautions period and 7 lap stage caution. It was in the area of 25 caution laps total or 1 out of every 8 laps. nonsense. I have a TV in my mancave so it's...

    Rate the race: Michigan 1

4 a single stage caution took 7 laps or 14 miles-- yawn-- Ohhh now i get it, they need that much time to get the "my pillow" or "flex seal" commercials in. The race was a typical Michigan race, green flag back in the air and 5 laps latter there is a car every 300 feet stretched out all...

    Blocking

Blocking on Lap .015 Wow did he really need to do that just then? Really? Haha haha. I wish he would have hit the innner wall and wiped out his nose piece, but he just missed. Whats next? blocking on the pace laps? Did he comment on it after the race? I didnt see the last 10 laps

    Blocking

Kyboosh is an idiot. He didn't pit and knew he was a sitting duck. I'm surprised he didnt block the other 8 cars that got around him also. He is the only driver out there that would pull such a stupid move to that extent.

Fox has been pretty bad this year

Fox is the bright spot in announcing, NBC? finger nails on a chalk board. Fox has its down side of course, MW for one. During the race they always show where the 4 jibbs cars are running. There are other toyoders on the track, some are small teams that could use a little coverage to help there...

Bubba Wallace in the 43 at Pocono.

I dont see anything positive happening for bubba in the 43. Not to be a nay sayer but the 43 team isnt that good and hasnt been since Bobby Hamilton which was a long time ago. I used to be the biggest 43 fan around, but not much positive in years...sorry

    48

Smart and lucky. He didnt have enough for the 42 at the end and had a huge lead on the 3rd place car. So why not save your tires just in case a late race caution pops up. And it did. Burn up your tires trying to catch the 42 and have nothing left if a caution comes out and finish 5th or get...

    Rate the Race --- Dover

9 JJ saved his tires just in case there was a late race caution, he knew he couldnt catch the 42 and he had a big lead on the 3rd place car. (smart? lucky? or both?) YUP. I thought the 78 was gonna trounce both cars but he probably burned up his tires as well. Caution line or not, I believe...

Why Does Martin Truex Get So Much Hate On Here?

I liked Martin ( he's also a bowhunter! 2 thumbs up) but the last few years with his JGR car, he thinks people better get out of his way or he'll punt them out of the way. He has done this more than once on late race restarts. That is the reason he isnt on my "favorite" list anymore. But if a...

    Move the finale to Texas!

You cant run it in Michigan in November at least most of the time or you'll need snow tires, But California could do it. I like competition and these 1.5 milers aint getting it done. 2 milers are a step above, barely though.

Of all the cars you've owned...

The word Nova had a meaning back in the day . The "N" was for Nova, "O" Olds Omega, "V" Pontiac Ventura, and 'A' Buick Apollo. Some of the Ventura's had the Trans Am shaker hood on them from the factory. These cars made some darn nice looking hot rods when dressed up with chrome wheels etc.

    Old School Class

Some of the burnouts are to purposely destroy the car ( rear end) so that it passes post race inspection. ask kboosh how that works. Blaney? 2 thumbs up for this kid, Class act.
