23XI statement on not signing Charter agreement

Doesn't sound like signing the agreement is even an option without winning the lawsuit. Nascar withdrew the charter offers from 23XI and FRM basically saying we don't want to be in business with someone that is or has sued us. Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

23XI statement on not signing Charter agreement

I don't understand the grounds for this appeal. It wasn't a jury trial, so they can't claim prejudice or tampering. And there's no new evidence. So I guess this amounts to I want a second opinion? Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

23XI statement on not signing Charter agreement

What I didn't fully realize until listening to the tear down was after they refused to sign the charter agreement and opened the lawsuit nascar removed the charter agreement offer to the 2 organizations and said we choose not to conduct business with these people. So basically, it sounds like...

If we have to have a playoff system....

What tracks? Homestead Phoenix Texas Daytona Talladega Atlanta Vegas Those are the only ones that come to mind for a November race. Nascar fans are not football fans and will not turn out for what they call "cold weather" Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

    Rick Ware Racing

Only thing I've heard that was somewhat credible was that RFK was possibly going to run a 3rd car through some type of agreement with RWR. Whether that be selling or leasing a charter. I think if he puts his 2 up for sale I think the value of charters drops in a hurry. You already have 2 SHR...

If we have to have a playoff system....

I personally don't want anything. If you want them to race hard give them money. What other sport cares how well you we doing 3/4 of the way through the event. At the end of the day the finish is what matters. Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

Random NASCAR Stuff to talk about.....

I'm trying to figure out why JJ is still out there and announced he'll run select races in 25. Is it an ego thing? Is he bringing that much money over to the team to make it worth it. Probably should figure out how to make 2 cars competitive before you add a 3rd... Sent from my SM-G991U...

If we have to have a playoff system....

Also forgot to add. No longer have stage points. If tv and nascar insist on stages, stage finishers are given a monetary bonus. Something like 20k for 1st, 5k for second and continue to step it down. Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

If we have to have a playoff system....

Tell me what format you would want.... Here's mine - After 26 races the top 10 in points do a 10 race playoff. - no win and you're in -10 point bonus during regular season for winning a race - regular season points leader gets a 5 point bonus to start playoffs, 4 points to second and so on...

I could care less who wins it but to me playoffs don't work in motorsports because you have nonplayoff teams on the same field of competition with playoff teams. Imagine watching last years super bowl between the chief's and eagles and a player from the packers runs on the field, blindsides...

    Silly Season 2025

Besides the lawsuit the two big things I'm keeping an eye on are 1) RCR promised big moves. What are in the plans? 2) It's become apparent that RFK is adding a 3rd team. Where is the charter coming from? Early indication was some deal with RWR, but with the loss of the injunction, I just have...

    Joey Logano

I'd be ok with a 10 race playoff because then you at least see a body of work. This format you can have 2 or 3 really good races and win a championship. Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

    Chevrolet next year?

I thought they were actually told they can run it as long as they want? Just sounds like no body upgrades. Naacar isn't going to tell a manufacturer to leave because they no longer have a production car to market. Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

The lack of speed that the 45 had was very suprising to me. I understand someone in the final 4 has to be 4th, but with the speed Toyota had in the spring I was expecting more. Was it just too much distraction with the penalties and lawsuit? Information overload with JGR throwing everything at...

    Joey Logano

The Joey thing to me is definitely different. I'll start by saying IMO he's a first ballot HOF hands down. But in each of his championship seasons he definitely was not the season long car to beat. They just always found a way to get to the final four and executed. Hard to believe he's only 34...
