    Most annoying pitchman

The KFC ads have to be at the top of my list. And of course Flo and Progressive kinda get on my nerves. At least Geico can make a decent commercial from time to time. But thank goodness for DVR I don't have to watch as many of them.

6 Getting to where there is better racing in the Truck Series.

Lapped traffic during the Truck race

I think the truck series is losing more owners because they can't afford to run. Kez had to close his down last year because they couldn't get sponsors so I doubt some of these lower teams can get good sponsors either. I believe NASCAR is so desperate they just let anyone who brings a truck run...

Lapped traffic during the Truck race

I don't know why the slower trucks can't run the lower line and move over when the faster cars approach. I thought the flagman had a flag for that. These slower trucks made it more like running an obstacle course. Hate they messed Moffitt up, he was really putting on a good show and giving Kyle...

    Xfinity RACE thread --- Atlanta

John Hunters getting punched around like a pinball. Don't look like he's got many friends.

    Austin Dillion Fan Favorite?

Dillon will never be a Dale Earnhardt. And I could never imagine Dale doing one of those stupid belly slides in the infield. But I think if you were looking at the younger generation drivers, Dillon would be pretty low on the list. Blaney, Elliot, Byron, Larson, and even some of the xfinity up...

Rate the Race: Clash at Daytona

8 just glad to see the season starting. But as with all racing, not every race is a 10 and I watch because if it were a 10 I wouldn't want to miss it. Got to hand it to Kez, came from the rear to win like he said he was going to do, backed up what he said he was going to do. Congrats.

    Aaaand it's tax time again.

I always try to get mine completed early and send them in on the last day. At least I know how much I can hold onto for a little while before Uncle Sam gets to take it.

A shame something like this couldn't happen these days

It is sad that the owner seems to be so incompetent and has more money than sense. I think he really wants to turn it into a place he can sell his junk.

A shame something like this couldn't happen these days

I can understand the frustration with the owner now. I think the best thing he can do is hire a promoter to run the track and let the owner just keep his nose out of the operations. It seemed the races that Tony Hicks ran the worked very well. Good crowds and great racing. Wish he could run the...

A shame something like this couldn't happen these days

I was told by someone that knew the owner of 311 Speedway that they had to pay $10000 to get him to race. And that was back in the 80s. Drew a big crowd though.

A shame something like this couldn't happen these days

I have been to 311 Speedway many times. Even got to see Dale Earnhart sr. attempt to race there once. He didn't last long, got taken out in the heats. Micheal Waltrip drove my friends car in one race their, of course he blew the engine. Show you how old I am, I even got to see Curtis Turner run...

A shame something like this couldn't happen these days

Log Cabin was one of the premiere tracks during its day. Satch Worley spent a lot of money to build that track. Went there several times and saw some great racing.Even had a tunnel leading into the track. Sad that it was closed down. But even though Richmond won that race, he would have never...

    The Blacklist

One of the few shows I really enjoy watching. The character "Red" played by James Spader is awesome. Not many of the bad guy characters that you actually like to see win.
