Martinsville and Dover. I would attend them anyway as long as I have time. Dover is real close to here (relatively speaking), and we usually go with a group of friends and Martinsville is such a great track. I don't really care about the Chase though.

Yes.. everything about this case, her motives, her going there when she was so "fearful" to begin with, her bringing her son there, her saying all she cared about was him getting help, etc makes no sense. Some say she went there because she was fearful for his state of mind that he might harm...

One thing that made no sense to me was that Driscoll said she did not want to charge Kurt with anything. She just wanted him to get help because she's such an altruistic person. Anyway, he is getting help, so I am very surprised that she and her lawyer are so upset at today's finding/decision.

I was just responding to your question about how they could rule one way on the restraining order and another on a criminal charge. I have my own opinions and that's why I said "imo" earlier. Too many things she's said and done make absolutely no sense. Anyway... will be interesting to see...

Different standards.. the restraining order, which imo should have been against Driscoll, was based on a preponderance of evidence, which really is just a greater than 50% likelihood that something happened. I also think they were erring on the side of caution.... that it was better to go...

I don't think it's obsessing... I know I plan to watch the show when I have time, but it's not an obsession. I wasn't even that big of an Earnhardt fan. I do love Junior though... totally different personality.

I noticed yesterday that four of the top five were the same in both races.. Joey, Kevin, Junior and Jimmie. Junior is fourth in points and is nine points ahead of Martin Truex who is fifth. That's quite a gap this early... and Martin, I believe, has two top 10s.

That debris on Junior's car worried me. Glad nothing bad happened. He said it plowed there because of that, so it's doubtful Harvick would have passed him at all otherwise.
