I am hearing the team switched from air to nitrogen in the tires at the first stop. The last stop they were supposed to use regular air, but Bowman was called in before the pit crew could make the switch back.

100% agree. Have seen some snoozers at those big 1/2 and 5/8 mile tracks. But a snoozer at a 1/4 mile is quite rare.

You all are probably quite younger than this old guy. I was referring to college athletics “in the beginning.” Completely agree with what your saying about how it has developed. In any case, I seriously doubt any antitrust lawsuit will change the sport of NASCAR anywhere close to the impact of NIL.

I could be way off base here, but it seems to me college sports first existed as a way to supplement the students higher learning experience. With NIL, I seriously doubt the majority of payment recipients give a rat’s a— about their education. I am not arguing that the college athletes are not...
